After spending twenty-five years observing the staffing industry through his father, Dan decided to join the family business in 2011. He began his career as a recruiter, and has maintained his passion for recruiting over the last decade even as he has progressed into sales and leadership at Velocity Search Group.

As an employee you’ll receive the training and support you need to build your career. We have two different career tracks. They are Recruiting and Marketing/Business Development tracks. On the Recruiter track you start as a Recruiting Coordinator and from there you can become a Search Associate or even a Project Director. On the Marketing/Business Development track you begin as a Marketing Coordinator and from there you can become a Marketing/Business Development Associate or even a Project Director. Where do you go from there? That’s up to you! We actively promote from within.
